Dewan worked on three phases of Masaar, an upscale forest community in Sharjah. We have completed the design of the villas and townhouses in the first three residential districts - Sendian District, Kaya District, and Robinia District - and we were contracted to supervise their construction. Once completed, Masaar will consist of 3,000 homes distributed across seven gated districts, all interconnected by a 'green spine' adorned with 50,000 trees.

Sendian District (Masaar by Arada - Phase 1)

Sendian District is the first phase of the AED8 billion Masaar community located in the Suyoh district of Sharjah. Dewan Architects + Engineers was commissioned to carry out design and construction supervision services at Sendian District, which includes the delivery of 431 villas and townhouses. Homes at Sendian, which means oak tree in Arabic, range in size from two-bedroom townhouses to five-bedroom luxury villas. Every unit has smart home features as standard and has easy access to lush green parks. Once completed, Masaar will consist of 3,000 homes distributed across seven gated districts, all interconnected by a 'green spine' adorned with 50,000 trees.

Kaya District (Masaar by Arada - Phase 2)

Kaya District is the second phase of the AED8 billion Masaar community located in the Suyoh district of Sharjah. Dewan Architects + Engineers was commissioned to carry out design and construction supervision services at Kaya District, which includes the delivery of 421 villas and townhouses. Ranging from two-bedroom townhouses to five-bedroom luxury villas, homes at Kaya were designed around traditional Sanskrit Vastu Shastra principles, which aim to integrate architecture with nature. By following specific home designs and layouts, residents at Kaya will benefit from enhanced wellness and positivity. Every unit has smart home features as standard and has easy access to lush green parks. Robinia District (Masaar by Arada - Phase 3)

Robinia District is the third phase of the AED8 billion Masaar community located in the Suyoh district of Sharjah. Dewan Architects + Engineers was commissioned to carry out design and construction supervision services at Robinia District, which includes the delivery of 565 villas and townhouses. From two-bedroom townhouses to premium five-bedroom villas, each home was designed to optimize wellness and healthy living. With traditional Sanskrit Vastu Shastra principles interwoven in the architecture, homes at Robinia aim to integrate architecture with nature. Once completed, Masaar will consist of 3,000 homes distributed across seven gated districts, all interconnected by a 'green spine' adorned with 50,000 trees.
