Philip Clarke has over 50 years’ experience in the Construction Industry as a Chartered Surveyor with particular expertise in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Contracts Management. He has contributed to the construction of projects in the U.K., throughout the Middle East (where he has 30 years of experience) and elsewhere in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Philip is currently engaged on the Reem Mall Project in Abu Dhabi where he provides his expertise as a senior manager for the project.
