Cicinmol Celine has a total of 18 years construction industry experience in the UAE and in India. She holds extensive technical skills in specification writing, quantity surveying and contract documents preparation. Cicin is responsible for leading the firm's specification process including maintaining and improving firm-wide specifications procedures and resources, scheduling of specification staff and preparation of architectural specifications for various project types.

Serve as technical resource to the firm and project teams by researching and maintaining awareness of products, industry standards and technologies. She maintains knowledge of and incorporate sustainable materials and requirements into specifications. Collaborate with project management leaders and technical leaders groups regarding technical initiatives, procedures and QA/QC.
